Shipping policy

California Customers Notice (AB 1263):

*Ca Customers!  Before we can ship your order, we are required to email you an AB1263 agreement form.  This form must be signed, dated, and emailed back to us, before we can ship your order.

Shipments containing firearm accessories, unattached barrels, or 
firearm-related components to California addresses are required by law to be 
delivered using Adult Signature Required service.
• An adult (18 years or older) with valid government-issued ID must be present 
to sign for the package at delivery.
• Please ensure that someone is available to sign; 
shipping and signature fees are non-refundable if the package is returned due to missed or refused delivery.


• Before submitting your order, please make sure that the shipping address is correct and complete.
• Once we ship your order, we are not responsible for packages that are lost; stolen or mis-delivered by the shipping company.   We will notify you the day your orders ships by email, confirming the shipping company and and tracking number is provided with every order.  Please use that to keep track of your order.

California Customers - *These shipping charges are not refunded once shipped.

*Returns and Exchanges for CA AB1263 Customers

We can handle returns for refunds, and exchanges for the same SKU, the same as normal for everyone else. 
Unfortunately, if you are requesting an exchange for a different SKU, we will have to treat it as a new order, with the Required Signature Release Shipping and Costs.

NOTE:   ONCE THE ORDER LEAVES OUR BUILDING, IT IS NO LONGER OUR RESPONSIBILITY  IF THE PACKAGE IS LOST, STOLEN OR MIS-DELIVERED, BY THE DELIVERY  COMPANY***  Shipping charges will not be refunded once shipped.

Shipping and Delivery
At  this time, JustRails.com ships merchandise to locations within the  United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto  Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.  We can no longer ship most parts to the State of Washington.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

**NOTE**  - Starting March 1st, 2019.  Do to increases in shipping costs, we reserve the right to charge a $10 return fee for any items returned to us that are not defective or not under a warranty issue.  The fee will be subtracted from your refund amount on the returned item(s).
