California Compliance Notice (California Assembly Bill 1263)

The products sold on this website are firearm accessories and are not firearms. 
We do not sell receivers, frames, barrels, or any serialized components.

Under California law, it is illegal to:
• Manufacture a firearm without a license.
• Use a 3D printer, CNC mill, or similar equipment to manufacture a firearm.
• Manufacture more than three firearms per year without a license.
• Sell or transfer privately manufactured firearms or firearm components without a dealer and background check.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you:
• Are at least 18 years of age.
• Are legally permitted to purchase firearm parts and accessories.
• Will not use these products to manufacture a firearm in violation of federal or state law.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that indicates possible unlawful use.

California Assembly Bill (AB 1263)

Bill effective Jan 1st, 2026.  We will require this for all CA orders after Dec 25th, 2025.

Shipments containing firearm accessories, unattached barrels, or firearm-manufacturing equipment to addresses within the State of California will require signature and age verification upon delivery.

All such packages will be clearly labeled as follows:
“Signature and proof of identification of person aged 18 years or older required for delivery.”

• An adult (18 years or older) with valid government-issued ID must be present 
to sign for the package at delivery.
• Please ensure that someone is available to sign; 
shipping and signature fees are non-refundable if the package is returned due to missed or refused delivery.


• Before submitting your order, please make sure that the shipping address is correct and complete.

**Once we ship your order, we are not responsible for packages that are lost; stolen or mis-delivered by the shipping company.   We will notify you the day your orders ships by email, confirming the shipping company and and tracking number is provided with every order.  Please use that to keep track of your order.

Shipping charges are not refunded once shipped.
